  • Adult Advanced Golf Techniques – (Intermediate)

    Designed for the intermediate golfer who has basic knowledge and a minimum of 2 years playing experience who wants to take their game to the next level. This course will include a brief review of some fundamentals. Instructional handouts and range balls are provided. Course runs 1 hr and 15 mins, twice a week for 2 consecutive weeks. WEEK ONE Day 1: Includes tips on reading greens & enhanced practice strategies for short game improvement. Day 2: Focus on learning how to "dial in" & be more precise with your wedges & irons. WEEK TWO Day 3: We'll focus on hitting those woods/hybrids & learn techniques/drills for more consistency. Day 4: Our final day, you'll learn strategies for using the driver for best placement on the longer par 4's and par 5's with doglegs, fairway bunkers, etc. This course may include a brief review of some fundamentals.

  • Cardio Drumming - 18+

    Cardio Drumming is a fun workout for all fitness levels. Time to get your inner rock star into motion. Moving and grooving to high energy music. Before you know it, you have done 6,000-8,000 steps. This class is so much fun, you don't even realize you are working out. All you will need is an exercise ball, bucket and drum sticks. Can accommodate with chairs if needed. We can't wait to see you there! You will need to bring: An exercise ball, 17" bucket or laundry basket, and nylon drumming sticks.     For the new golfer with little or no experience. Course runs approximately 1 hour and 15 mins over two consecutive days for 2 weeks. Learn the fundamentals of putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and basic etiquette of the game. Instructional handouts are included. Last class includes playing a hole on the golf course with your instructor, based on course availability, so please plan on an additional hour for the last class if you are able to participate. DAY 1 - Introduction, Putting & Chipping, Etiquette on the green. Equipment needed: putter & 8 iron DAY 2 - Review of Chipping, Pitching & Irons. Equipment needed: pitching wedge, 7 and 8 iron DAY 3 - Full Swing. Equipment needed: fairway wood or hybrid DAY 4 - Full Swing Review and Driver.     Your golf professional would love to play a hole or two with you. Let's get out and have a blast together as we near the end of another golf season! Please feel free to invite your friends, too. Come on out to enjoy the beautiful fall colors! Check-in at 12:15 PM at the Hickory Creek Clubhouse. We will be playing 9 holes of golf with tee times beginning at 1:00 PM. Space is limited.

    Let's celebrate the start of the 2024 golf season together. Come out for 9 holes of golf and the opportunity to knock some of the winter rust off! Let's get our swing ready, continue building & fine-tuning our golf skills together, and have some fun before the peak of the golf season is upon us! Your Golf Professional will be joining each group for a hole or two, with some tips for improved play in the coming season. Tee times start at 1:00 PM. Space is limited. Check-In starts at 12:15pm at the Hickory Creek Clubhouse. Open to all golfers ages 18 and over with at least one year of playing experience.
