PMOS: The REAL PCOS • Ages 18+

P-CCS Community Education / Adult Programs / Wellness -
FALL26

Are you dealing with irregular cycles, stubborn weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, blood sugar concerns, acne, unwanted hair growth, fertility challenges, or hormone imbalances? You may have heard of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), but emerging research is reframing the conversation around what is now being called Poly Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS).

In this informative workshop, Dr. Danielle Potter, D.C. - your primary natural healthcare provider specializing in chiropractic and nutrition - will explore why this condition is about much more than the ovaries. PMOS recognizes the complex relationship between insulin resistance, metabolic health, hormone balance, inflammation, and nutrition and lifestyle factors. Dr. D will share the latest understanding of PMOS and equip you with natural strategies to support hormone health and overall wellness from the inside out. This workshop is designed for anyone seeking clarity on their hormonal symptoms and looking for actionable, natural approaches to feel better.
