Program Overview:This tennis summer camp is designed to provide players of all skill levels with a structured, engaging, and development-focused environment. Over the course of five days, participants will build fundamental skills, improve consistency, and develop a strong understanding of match play.
Daily Structure (3 Hours):
1. Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement (20–30 minutes)Each session begins with age-appropriate dynamic stretching, footwork drills, and coordination exercises to improve agility, balance, and injury prevention.
2. Technical Skill Development (60 minutes)Players receive focused instruction on core tennis fundamentals, including:
