Program Overview:This pickleball camp introduces and develops players in one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. The program focuses on fundamentals, strategy, and gameplay in a fun, inclusive, and active setting.
Daily Structure (3 Hours):
1. Warm-Up & Athletic Movement (20–30 minutes)Sessions begin with dynamic warm-ups and coordination drills to improve balance, reaction time, and overall athletic movement specific to pickleball.
2. Fundamental Skill Instruction (60 minutes)Players are coached on essential pickleball techniques, including:
