 Perfect for dancers looking to refine their technique, this class focuses on the fundamental elements of turns and leaps in dance. Students will work on strength, balance, and proper form through targeted drills and short combinations to enhance their performance quality and precision.

  • Wear comfortable clothing or leotard. Bring a sweatshirt in case the room is cool.
  • Ballet or jazz shoes preferred. Class will be held indoors but we may move outdoors if the weather is nice. Please also bring athletic shoes with you.
  • Full water bottle recommended. Snack must be peanut / tree nut free.
  • This class DOES meet the Independence Day holiday week.
