Gentle Yoga incorporates poses to help manage stress, calm anxiety, increase flexibility and muscle strength, improve focus and balance, and burn calories. These are just a few of the many benefits of gentle yoga! This class will start with a stretching warm up and move into a series of gentle yoga poses. The goal of Gentle Flow Yoga is for the Yogi to leave the class feeling better than they did when they walked in. Suitable for all levels. Yogi’s are encouraged to work at their own pace. Each class will build upon itself and introduce new poses.
All levels are welcome! Please bring a water bottle, a mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
